How do I ...?

One of the most requested features for our new support system is to give our customers a way to get help from each other, as well as our support team; especially for "How do I?" type questions.  With this new Questions forum, you now have a place to do just that, which we'll be promoting in the coming weeks.

To get started, simply post a question.  Other users will be able to add their comments, or point you in the right direction, and we'll be keeping an eye on things to help you get the right answer, and to let you know if a particular answer looks right to us.

How do I change the pagination of the accounts - so the page break isn't half way through a note to the accounts?

How do I get Tax 2010 to open a return?  I keep filling in the screen that asks for details and follow the instructions at the finish but the return is never there.  It isn't saved.  Please help!

I have just transferred my Tax 2010 data to a new computer (with your extended help!) and it is now up and running for Tax Year 2010.   However, I need to go back to 2009 returns and can't find them anywhere, I can't access the program on my old computert and they don't appear on the new one.   Can anyone help me please?
