How do I change the pagination of the accounts - so the page break isn't half way through a note to the accounts?

Edit: This was an issue with Accounts Production and has now been fixed. see comments below. MM
Hi Chris,
I was just speaking to Martin, and he's asked me to check if you have the Do not generate note & page numbers option ticked? You can find the screen below by clicking Print Menu on the left hand toolbar.

If you do, unticking that option should force the program to repaginate the notes (obviously you only need this when printing the final set of accounts, leave it ticked while producing drafts).
Let me know if that sorts it; if not, I'll pass this to one of the support team to get in touch with you.

This doesn't seem to make any difference. Whether the box is ticked or not, the note numbers are still generated and the page break is right in the middle of the note - ie. the title (Share Capital) is on one page and the note is on the next page

By the way - I'm talking about the abbreviated accounts - if that makes any difference

Hi Chris,
I'll escalate this to a ticket for you; a member of support will be in touch.

I asked about this a while ago and I think the only answer I was given was to export to word and move myself. A possibility but not a solution to an ongoing problem. I didn't try this as it worked out in the end and not sure how I could put it into word. Perhaps my memory serves me wrong!

Hi Sally - thanks for the feedback
The export to word doesn't work so well as the word version is difficult (almost impossible) to move data around in.

This proved to be an issue with pagination of accounts that a number of customers have experienced. There is an update available (Accounts Production 4.0.3.0) if you are experiencing this issue when printing, previewing or producing PDF copies of a set of accounts. This issue was occurring across all formats although many customers were unaffected or only affected on one format. Customers who reported this issue have been contacted directly by Keytime Support.
Pagination is a complex function and is affected by printer driver and print margins, font type and style along with the breaking on the report itself. The latest version of Accounts Production corrects this defect for the incidents reported with an update to the pagination function that calculates the effect of font and printer driver more accurately.
If you are affected by this issue please submit a request to Keytime Support quoting AP Update 4.0.3.0 and detailing the issue and they will contact you about the update.
