How do I set up a short cut to 'Tax 2010', please? Previously it came automatically.

A shortcut to Keytime Tax 2010 should still automatically appear in your Windows Start menu:
Windows Start > All programs > Keytime > Tax 2010 > Tax 2010
If you want to create a shortcut on your desktop, find the Tax 2010 icon in your Start menu at the location above.
Right-click on the icon and choose Send To > Desktop (create shortcut).
If the shortcuts are missing from your Windows Start menu, you can find the file directly from your Tax 2010 installation folder.
Usually this is C:\Program files\Keytime\Tax 2010
If you browse to that directory, you will be able to right click on the executable file called Tax2010 or Tax2010.exe and choose Send To > Desktop (create shortcut).
