there are lots of places where the scroll ball does not work in Keytime

This makes it slower to find the correct nominal code or place on a page - it would be helpful in all parts of the system to be able to use the scroll once we have clicked on a list.

especially in timesheets - and it is very, very irritataing, particularly as you have to approve them all line by line!!
This has been fixed for the next Client Manager build, which is 5.0.4.0 due for release any day now.
