This is due to the Non-Unicode Programs being set to another language in the regional options

· Go to Windows > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options

· Go to Advanced

· Set the Language for Non-Unicode Programs to English (United Kingdom)

· Click on Apply and reboot the pc

This should then correct the problem.
