A new update is available. The update includes the iXBRL-compliant versions of Corporation Tax and Accounts Production.
The update also addresses problems in Client Manager including an error blocking access to the Tax 2010 module.
Also, various changes and fixes have been applied to Tax 2010 and Trusts 2010 in advance of the filing deadline.
Declaration date in 2011 cannot be entered
'Loading Form Fail' message when opening a CT600 where the company name has an & (ampersand) symbol
Date of engagement and date of approval don't accept 2011 dates.
Incorrect spacing (multiple lines) after deferred tax for some sets of limited company accounts.
An error message is displayed to the user "The selected module is not installed on the PC in the location (Tax2010.exe). Please re-install the selected module or contact support."

Runtime error -2147217887 when opening R185 form
Issue with year ending returns from tools menu / converting 09 data from previous years software - Only UTR was being converted, all other fields were left blank. It is necessary to delete and re-import the 2009 return to correct the problem if no information was brought in. Please a full backup before doing this - see link below for instructions on backing up Keytime software.

Updating Accountants Suite 2010 through Client ManagerPlease open Client Manager and choose Update Accountants Suite from the Help menu.
Follow the instructions onscreen, closing Client Manager when prompted to run the update.
Follow the on-screen prompts to install the update. The update is easy to do and, after copying the files to your PC, will prompt you to click Finish.
Restart your PC if you are prompted to do so.
Open the software - you should now be on the latest versions.
If you run a networked version of Accountants Suite you need to run the update on each of your workstations. The server data is updated by the first workstation accessing the software.
If you have any difficulty please follow the Alternative Update Instructions. Otherwise, you should now have the latest versions installed.
Please close all Keytime software. We recommend that all software is closed before proceeding to minimise the likelihood of a prompt to restart your computer.

If prompted, choose to Save or Open the file. If you choose Open the file should start directly after the download finishes. If you choose Save you must open the file to start installing.
Some browsers list downloaded files in a Downloads list. Double-click the item in your browser to start the update installer.
