First, we need to check the location of the database for the program you are having the problem with.
If you are using Windows Vista / Windows 7, you should see a search box at the bottom of the Start menu. Type Run, then press Enter. You should then be shown the Run program. Double click this.

p11d2009.ini
pstax2009.ini
pstrusts2009.ini

The important line is the taxData= line; this shows the location of your database. Make a note of this location (C:\Program Files\Keytime\Trusts 2009\ in the example above.)
Once you have the data path for each program, you should browse to them using My Computer. You should find .mdb files within the folder - the exact names are as follows:
Moving the data is not recommended without talking to support first.If you are moving your data, you will also need to update the taxData= paths to point to the new location, and update the ODBC settings. You can find instructions on updating the ODBC settings in the following article:
