Getting the Install Code

If you have clicked the above link, you will then be asked for your email address, and the password you chose when purchasing Tax Personal.

You can request a password reminder by entering your email address and clicking the Remind Me button.

Once you have logged in, you should look for the following section of the screen:

Make a note of the Install Password, we'll use this to activate your software.  

If you cannot see your install password you will instead be presented with a list of your software purchases.  Click View next to the most recent purchase to get the install password.

Registering the software

To register Tax you need to enter your install password in our Client Manager software.  This is the only time you need to use this program.  You create, edit, print and submit your returns entirely in the Tax 2010 software.  Follow the steps below to activate your software.

• Head to the Windows Menu in the bottom left corner of your screen and select Start // All Programs // Keytime // Client Manager + // Client Manager.
• You may be greeted by a Welcome box, if so click the Settings tab and click the button tp the right of 2 - Register Keytime Modules
• ( Otherwise,  go to the menus a the top of the screen and click File // Register )
  
• Change Step 1 from Internet to Phone/Manual
• In Step 2, enter the Install Password.
• Click Register.
• You should then see a message confirming that the software has been registered.  "The Objective Tax has been added to the system."
• You can then close Client Manager.

The install password will change each day. Make sure your computer has today's date if the password is rejected.
