I can't seem to find a page where users can discuss their problems with Payroll. I'm sure I can't be the only idiot using this software. It would be nice to be able to say, e.g. 'Is anyone else finding it impossible to get the P60s to print in the boxes on the forms, no matter what adjustments they make to the settings?'
Then you could put the answer in and everyone could see it without having to send in a special request for help and getting really frustrated trying to get it right and thinking it must be something they are doing wrong.

Good idea - that's what the Tips and Tricks forum is supposed to be for, but I don't think that's immediately clear! I'll set aside some time to reorganise that section, and hopefully give you that place for our customers to help each other, and for us to chip in too!

We've just improved the forum sections, with a new Questions forum, in our brand new Help from the Community section. For the time being, it's a place for you to ask that kind of question, without raising a request, and for everyone to help each other out. We'll be chipping in too, so if we spot that there is a question that needs to be a ticket, we can sort that out for you automatically.
We'll start to publicise this new feature to everyone soon; I hope it will make life easier for everyone!
I don't think the support is working where these requests are made through the website - with emails I always have the problem resolved by return. It does seem that when you get round to dealing with the support, you do resolve it promptly, but it just does seem to take a while to get round to dealing with it. For instance, I had a query that was made through the website support on 18 June, and this still is not resolved as at 28 June?
