Unable to PDF Print - "Failed to Export the report"

With regards to the "Failed to Export the report" error you have reported when exporting to PDF from your Keytime software.

The installation of optional Windows update KB3102429 is the cause of this problem once it's been installed onto your machine - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3102429

This update is an update that supports Azerbaijani Manat and Georgian Lari currency symbols in Windows.

In order to fix this you need to remove this update from your machine by referring to the following steps:

Open Installed Updates by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then, under Programs and Features, clicking "View installed updates". Select the update (KB3102429) that you want to remove, and then click Uninstall.

Once this has been uninstalled from your machine you will need to restart Windows.

This should resolve the issue and allow you to export / print to PDF successfully.

In order to prevent this update from being re-installed you can remove an item from the list without installing it, you hide it.

Tthe option for hiding updates in the list is itself somewhat hidden and often goes overlooked.

In the list of available updates, right-click any update that you don’t want to see again (KB3102429), and choose Hide Update.

If you later change your mind—or if you just want to see a list of the updates you’ve chosen to hide—on the main Windows Update page, click Restore Hidden Updates.
